Franktown Festival of Lights VIP ride, is the country’s only open-air drive-thru bus light spectacular! Spanning over a mile long, and with over 200 light displays with 1.5 million lights, you’ll have an unparalleled view of Nashville’s best Christmas light display. What are the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour date & times?
November 22nd thru December 29th. Available VIP tour booking times are 6pm, 630pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, 8pm, 830pm, 9pm, 930pm and 10pm.
Can we book the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP tour privately?
Yes. You may book an entire open-air bus privately. The cost is $125 and seats up to 25 people.
Where is the Franktown Festival of Lights located?
The Franktown Festival of Lights is held at the Williamson County Ag Center, 4215 Long Lane, Franklin, TN 37064 View Map
What is included in my Franktown Festival of Lights VIP tour?
Your VIP tour includes, (1) 25-minute ride through the Franktown Festival of Lights on our Open-air bus, access to Santa's Village, free parking, fast pass access on the bus with no waiting in long lines and a group photo opportunity. Don't forget a memory that will last a lifetime!
When do we need to Arrive for our Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour?
You will need to arrive approximately 30-25 minutes before your tour to ensure everyone gets checked in and signs a waiver. Online waiver located here
Is there an age limit for the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour?
Yes, we recommend the tour is for ages from 4 - 75 years of age.
Is the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour really a roofless bus?
Yes! Each bus is a roofless school bus, with bench seating, massive sound system with LED lights for an unobstructed 365-degree view of the Franktown Festival of Lights display. Each bus will have the Christmas Music playing that is coordinated with the light display.
How long is the VIP Tour?
The tour is approximately 25 minutes long. Traffic in the Christmas display route does affect tour time length.
Do we sit or stand in the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour Bus?
Standing. It's the only way to fully experience the tour in all its awesomeness! We bench sitting for those would rather sit but standing is highly encouraged.
Does the Franktown Festival of Lights Tour run rain or shine?
Yes. Since this is an open-air tour we recommend you dress for the weather. If it does rain, we do provide temporary roofing on the bus but you still could and can get wet, so always plan ahead.
Are the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tours refundable?
Due to the recent changes in travel plans due to the Coronavirus, our cancellation policy has been modified. Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.
Is there a deposit to hold the bus?
No. If you would like to rent the bus for a private tour, full payment is due up front.
If I do require a refund, when can I expect it?
All refunds will be returned into the purchaser's bank account no later than 3-5 business days.
Can you book a bus on demand?
No, all bookings need to be made online and in advance. You may call us as well to see if there are any openings for the next day. 615-433-5594
Are we allowed to bring food and drink onto the Franktown Festival of Lights VIP Tour?
Yes, you are allowed to bring food and drink onto the bus. If you are going to bring adult beverages we encourage people to rent a private bus to do so.
