What is the Holiday LIGHTS
at Cheekwood?
Experience a million beautiful twinkling lights and holiday cheer at the Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens Christmas lights attraction! This holiday event is sure to be a blast for the entire family, so help to celebrate the season and capture Christmas cheer. Guests will be able to walk the illuminated pathway, meet two of Santa's reindeer, meet Santa, take photos in front of Nashville's tallest poinsettia tree and more.
Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood operates every day except Christmas from 5 pm to 10 pm each night. Cheekwood Estates & Gardens are set aglow with sparkling Christmas lights that help to create a dazzling display. The pathways of the gardens are illuminated with a literal millions of lights of all colors and include a mile-long walking path. The path is lined with amazing displays that are sure to help you revel in the Christmas spirit. It's truly fun for the entire family. Don't forget to get your picture with Santa!

Each shuttle holds up to 25 people. Multiple shuttles can be booked if you have more than 25 guests. Please note, multiple shuttles need to be in the same time slot.

What is included in the Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood Tour?
Your VIP Christmas Shuttle includes, (1) Christmas themed shuttle, a pick up & drop off and access to our stereo system, a cooler for drinks if needed. THIS TOUR DOES NOT COVER YOUR FEE INTO HOLIDAY LIGHTS AT CHEEKWOOD. We are only providing the transportation to the event only!
How long do we have to explore Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood?
You have 1:15 to explore Cheekwood before loading back onto the shuttle bus.
How long is our Holiday LIGHTS at CHeekwood Shuttle?
The VIP Shuttle ride will roughly be 2 - 2.5 hours long, depending traffic and pick up location. This INCLUDES the time you spend within Cheekwood.
Is the Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood VIP Shuttle really Christmas themed?
Yes! Each shuttle will decorated inside and outside with Christmas decorations for your holiday enjoyment.
Does the Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood VIP Shuttle run rain or shine?
Yes. We run rain or shine.
What is your cancellation policy on the Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood VIP Shuttle?
You have up-to 7 days before your tour to cancel with a full refund. Anything under 7 days is non-refundable. The only time we will issue refunds if it's within the 7 day window, is if the bus can not mechanically perform a tour, severe weather conditions or a lack of staffing to perform the tour.
Is there a deposit to hold the Shuttle?
No, due to extremely high demand, we only accept full payment upfront to reserve your spot. No deposits.
If, I do require a refund, when can I expect it?
All refunds will be returned into the purchaser's bank account no later than 3-5 business days.
Are we allowed to bring food and drinks onto the Holiday LIGHTS at Cheekwood Christmas VIP Shuttle?
Yes, you are allowed beverages onto the shuttle. A cooler can be provided upon request. Absolutely no food!
