Each shuttle hold up to 25 people.
What if I have more than 25 people, can I book more than 1 shuttle?
Yes, you can book multiple shuttles as long as they are in the same time slot.

The VIP Shuttle ride is roughyl 1:45 minutes to 2 hours long depending on pick up location, traffic and traffic inside the Christmas display.

Yes! Each shuttle will decorated inside and out in Christmas decorations for your holiday enjoyment.

Yes. The Christmas Display will be open rain or shine.
What is your cancellation policy on the Dancing Lights of Christmas VIP Shuttle?
Due to the recent changes in travel plans due to the Coronavirus, our cancellation policy has been modified. Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.

No. we only accept full payment upfront. No deposits.
If, I do require a refund, when can I expect it?
All refunds will be returned into the purchaser's bank account no later than 3-5 business days.
Are we allowed to bring food and drinks onto the Dancing Lights of Christmas VIP Shuttle?
Yes, you are allowed beverages onto the shuttle. A cooler can be provided upon request. Absolutely no food!
